Use of the Platform
You must provide accurate account information and use the platform only to plan and book genuine events. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed through the platform. Prices shown at checkout are final and include the platform's service fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are handled according to the refund policy shown at the time of cancellation. Refund eligibility may depend on how far in advance of the event you cancel.
